Hi, I’m Nyala. Athlete, nutrition enthusiast and founder of Shape by Nyala.

My journey started on the sports field. As an athlete in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Paris & currently in Heidelberg, I’ve always been passionate about training, performance and pushing my limits. When I transitioned from amateur to professional level, I quickly realized that talent and hard work weren’t enough. Nutrition was the missing piece.
Working with dietitians opened my eyes to how much food can influence performance, recovery and overall well-being. I began to understand how eating the right things at the right time could make me faster, stronger and more explosive. It was fascinating and it changed everything.
That’s where my passion for nutrition truly began. Every article, book or post about food and the human body caught my attention. I wanted to understand not only what to eat, but why it matters. This curiosity led me to study Nutrition and Dietetics after high school and I’ve spent the last few years reading, learning, experimenting and fine-tuning my knowledge both in theory and in practice.
Over time, people started asking me for advice: how to eat for energy, train smarter and feel their best. They appreciated my personal, balanced approach and the dedication I bring to every client. That’s how Shape by Nyala was born: out of a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals and feel confident in their bodies.
I’m a cheerful, calm and persistent person who believes that lasting change comes from understanding, not restriction. Whether you’re an athlete chasing peak performance or someone simply wanting to feel better in your skin, I’m here to guide you with knowledge, empathy and a plan that fits you.
